About MrBeast Burger

MrBeast Burger is a delivery-focused restaurant brand launched in December 2020 through a partnership between Jimmy Donaldson's Beast Investments and Virtual Dining Concepts (VDC), a company co-founded by Planet Hollywood founder Robert Earl. Existing restaurants prepare its menu in their own kitchens, and customers order through delivery apps or the brand's website.Source [3]Source [1]

The brand expanded quickly, opening about 1,000 locations in 2021 and about 700 more in 2022. VDC operates the website, which offers online ordering, domestic and international locations and a flagship physical restaurant at the American Dream complex.Source [1]Source [4]

In July 2023 Beast Investments sued VDC for breach of contract, alleging poor food quality and unpaid royalties and seeking to end the partnership. VDC countersued Donaldson and Beast Investments on August 7, 2023 in New York County Supreme Court, claiming damages in the nine-figure range. On January 29, 2026 Judge Jennifer Schecter allowed both sides' claims to proceed to trial and urged a settlement.Source [1]Source [3]Source [5]
