Every user is enrolled by default in a backlink exchange network in which generated articles link contextually to other users' posts. Outrank grew out of ContentPie, an AI blog generator built by Eugene Zolotarenko that was at about $300 MRR. Tibo Louis-Lucas partnered with Zolotarenko, repositioned it as an autonomous SEO tool and announced Outrank in November 2024, followed by a Product Hunt launch in January 2025.
